Return and Refund Policy
We are so confident that you’ll see results within 8 weeks and that you will love RESPeRATE’s Device & Program that if within 90-days from order date you are not satisfied with your results (or for any other reason) you will receive a 100% Refund of the Price Paid to Resperate Inc.
In order to issue a refund you must obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number from support@resperate.com or by calling us at 1-800-220-1925.
Please note that:
- Returns will not be accepted without a RMA.
- Products must be purchased directly from Resperate Inc.
- The product must be returned undamaged and with no scratches, tears, nicks, dents or wear in its original packaging.
Lastly, a trivial but critical note:
Our products are highly effective but not magical. In order to get results you must use them (trivial but true). If you don’t see results or have any question, don’t wait and call us. We are really passionate about helping you lower your blood pressure and sleep better and spare no effort to ensure you will get results.
Warranty Policy
Standard 1-Year Limited Warranty
Resperate Inc. (“RRI”) warrants that RESPeRATE products purchased directly from RRI conform to all specifications provided with the products and are free of design, manufacture, material, and workmanship defects under normal use for twelve (12) months from the date of delivery.
This warranty does not apply to products that have been:
- Altered or modified from their original condition
- Improperly stored, transported, or maintained
- The product must be returned undamaged and with no scratches, tears, nicks, dents or wear in its original packaging.
- Used other than in accordance with RRI’s written instructions
To make a warranty claim, contact our support team at support@resperate.com or call 1-800-220-1925. You will be required to provide proof of purchase.
Except as stated in this warranty, RRI disclaims all other representations, warranties, and conditions, whether express or implied, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, except in the case of willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of RRI.
Extended 3-Year Warranty (Optional)
For added peace of mind, RESPeRATE offers an optional 3-Year Extended Warranty, available for purchase at the time of your order. The extended warranty provides the same coverage as the standard 1-year limited warranty for an additional two years, giving you a total of three years of protection from the date of delivery.
