  2. Thank you for your information, I am eager to try in an effort to stabilize my high blood pressure. It doesn’t sound like the listed ingredients is enough to create a liquid to drink 3 times per day… Do I need to blend the ingredients with water?

      1. On very rare occasions mine will run higher than normal for a week or so. It will go back down. In the meantime, use Resperate a lot and drink lots of beet juice.
