  3. I just came across your article and in the past 3 days I’ve experienced an amazing occurrence using fresh ginger root. I peeled it and finely chopped it in food processor & have been using it to make ginger tea. The last 3 days my usually high blood pressure has dropped tremendously frequently from in the 170’s/90’s down to 98/60! Having no idea that ginger could do this I started to research the properties of ginger to see if it could lower blood pressure. I’m proof that it does!
